Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping.

The item must be returned to Southern Rustic Logwerks before a refund will be issued. Refunds are issued 2–3 days after the returned item is received. There is no restocking fee for items returned in their original condition.
